A tidbit comes from a hadith that the Prophet Muhammad Saw. Said:

"The whole world is the best jewelry and jewelry in the world is a woman who sholehah." (Narrated by Ahmad and an-Nasa'i)


In Islam, the role of a wife plays a very important role in family life-steps and a much needed role required him to choose a good quality so that it can be a good wife. His understanding, perkataaannya and inclinations, all aimed at achieving keridho'an Allah., Lord of the Nature. When a wife that her husband happy in the end, it is to get keridho'an of Allah. so she (the wife) wishes to working on it.

The quality of a wife should meet as favored by the creator of his written in surah Al-Ahzab. A Muslim woman is a woman's right (in aqidah), modest, patient, faithful, maintaining her dignity when her husband was not home, maintaining the integrity of (domestic) within a thick and thin and there are always invited to the praise of Allah.

When a Muslim woman to marry (a wife) then he should understand that he has a special role and responsibility of Islam to his creator, Allah. makes women different from men as mentioned in the verse of the Qur'an:

"And do not be jealous of what God gave some of the others. (Because) the men are part of what they earn, and for women (also) there is a part of what they earn and ask God some of His bounty. Surely Allah is Knowing Everything. "(Surat an-Nisa ', 4:32)

We can see from this verse that Allah Most High. make a clear distinction between the roles of men and women and is not allowed for men or women to ask about the role of the provision God has given as the word of God:

"And it is not inappropriate for men who are believers and not (also) for women who mukminah, when Allah and His Messenger have set a statute, there will be for those options (the others) about their affair." (Surat al-Ahzab , 33:36)

Therefore, a wife would justify the Prophet and will help him to adjust to the principles of Shari'ah (Islamic law) and make sure her husband to re-implement its obligations, as well as with the position of her husband, she must also fulfill our responsibilities to his wife.

Among other rights, a wife has the right to Nafaqah (given income) in the form of food, clothing and a place for refuge obtained from her husband. He (husband) is obliged to spend his money for it even if the wife's own property to meet them. Prophet. Said:

"Your wife has rights over you that you meet them with food, clothing and shelter in a good way." (Narrated by Muslim)

It is important to note that when a wife to fulfill obligations to her husband, she (wife) has made adherence to his creator, so she (the wife who had fulfilled its obligations) received his reward from God. Prophet. loved his wives because they kesholehan.

Ayesha Ra. once narrated about the good quality of Zainab Ra., seventh wife of Muhammad Saw.,

"Zainab is someone whose position is almost the same position with me in the eyes of Allah, and I've never seen a woman who is more advanced than Zainab kesholehannya Ra., More kindness, more truth, more in his blood ties, more in his generosity and sacrifice in life and have a softer heart, that's what caused him closer to God ".

As the greatness of Muslim women who have exemplified to us, seems inappropriate for us to mencontohnya by studying the purity, strength of character, goodness and wisdom of their faith. Attempt to imitate the Mother of the Faithful who had been promised paradise (by God) can show us the gift of heaven.

Abu Nu'aim narrated that the Prophet. said:

"When a woman pray 5 times, fasting during Ramadan, to maintain his honor and obey her husband, then he will go to heaven with some of the doors he wants." (Narrated by Al Bukhari, al-Muwatta 'and Musnad of Imam Ahmad)

O sincere Muslim, notice how the Prophet. attitude makes obey their husbands as part of the charitable acts that may require to go to heaven, such as prayer, fasting, because it meant behold in compliance and stay away from her rebellious attitude, because in disobedience to the husband there is wrath of Allah.
