Tips-Ways to always tolerant
Praise be to Allah, prayers and greetings we always deliver to the king, the Prophet Muhammad, and I testify that none has the right to worship God in truth but Allah the Almighty and has no partner to Him and I testify that Muhammad is His slave and messenger His .. Amma Ba'du:
Indeed narrow chest and what happened to a Muslim form of indecision and confusion and sadness is the case that no one can avoid it.
Ibn Hazm rahimahullah said, "I think about the efforts of scholars, then I saw that their efforts lead to one thing, even road and get it different ways, I see them all trying to relieve vacillating and indecision of themselves. There are people who make it disappear by way of eating and drinking, and the other by way of trade and attempted, while the other by getting married, or sometimes people chasing him with playing around and joking and others. However, I do not see one of the streets on a person who could deliver him, if not the reality actually most of the streets above, lead to the opposite point. Only by returning to God alone and His good pleasure prioritizes the roads it was he who removes doubt. There is no way that is more beneficial to the servants in addition to this road, and more certain in the conduct of a Muslim to the enjoyment of life and happiness. "[1]
Ibn Qoyyim rahimahullah've mentioned a few tips to chest into the field:
First: Tawheed, Tawheed perfection in a person will determine how far he'll feel the spaciousness in the chest. Allah says:
So whether the people who opened their hearts to God (accept) Islam, so he gets a light from his Lord (the same as the people who helped him)? Then woe to those who have been petrified his heart to remember Allah. They were in manifest error. (Surat al-Zumar: 22)
Allah says:
Whoever God wants to give him directions, surely He is paving his chest for the (religion) of Islam. And those whom God wills astray, Allah will make more narrow chest tightness, as if he were climbing into the sky ". (Surat al-An `am: 125.)
So the guidance and monotheism is the main cause of the most majestic lead to spaciousness in the chest, while shirk and apostasy are the main causes of the narrowness and chest tightness.
Second: The light given by God in the heart of a servant, namely in the form of light of faith, he really can make a roomy chest, comforting the soul and heart happy. However, if this lost light of the chest of a slave he will become narrow and congested, so he plunged into the prison of the most narrow and difficult. Then the size of a person's sense of spaciousness of this chest level with the obtainment of the light of guidance and faith. Allah says:
And whether the person is dead then she We turn and We gave him a bright light, the light that he can walk in the midst of human society, a situation similar to those in darkness who never get out of it So We will make those who disbelieve it looked good at what they have done. (Surat al-An `am: 122)
Third: Science. Indeed, the science that could clear the chest, and a relief that he was more extensive than the world, semantara ignorance will lead to narrowness, kesesakkan and imprisoned. The more knowledge one possesses the more spacious and airy chest. However this is not for every science, but the intention is science that is inherited from the Prophet Muhammad, useful knowledge. The owner of this science is the most roomy chest, his most extensive, best and most depraved life that felt good.
Fourth: Go back to God and love her with all my heart, closer to God, feel pleasure to serve Him, then nothing is more spacious for the chest of a servant than that. Allah says:
Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female in a state of faith, verily to him will We give a good life and indeed, We shall give a reply to them with a better reward than what they have done. (Surat al-Nahl: 97)
So he sometimes said: If I live in heaven with circumstances like this then this really is a very good life. Love for Allah SWT has an amazing impact in creating lapangnya chest, joy of heart, and he will never be felt except by those who return to Allah SWT, and each time the feeling of love that is stronger and increases the chest will be more spacious and roomy.
And among the reasons that make this narrow heart was turned away from God Almighty and the heart relies to other than Allah, to neglect the remembrance of Allah and love it other than Allah. Allah says:
And whosoever turn away from Me, then surely his livelihood is narrow, and we will membangkitkankannya on the Day of Resurrection in the blind ". (Surah Ta Ha: 124)
Those who love something other than Allah then he tortured and imprisoned by her love of it.
Fifth: Always remembrance to Allah in all circumstances and places. Negligence has an astonishing impact in creating a narrow chest, feeling imprisoned and tortured. Allah says:
(They are) those who believe and whose hearts find satisfaction in the remembrance of Allah. Remember, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find satisfaction. (Surat al-Ra'du: 28)
Sixth: Do good to others, providing him with wealth, power, services and employment agencies as well as various other goodness. Indeed, a good noble man is one of the most roomy chest, the best of his soul, the most delicious feeling of his heart, while the grabber, that is, those who do not want to do good to others, and he was the most narrow and most turbid his life . Mentioned in Ashahihaini from Abi Hurayrah that the Prophet Muhammad SAW said, "The Parable of the miser and the philanthropist is like a man who wore the iron, they were both forced to stretch out their hands to their collarbone, then every time someone who likes shadaqahnya charity wants to spend, so he expanded so that the ex-bekasnyapun disappear, and whenever people want to spend a miserly shadaqahnya then every hole armor was narrowed so pucker on his body finally handcuff both his hands to his collarbone, and heard that the Prophet Muhammad He said: Then he tried to extend it but the clothes can not be widened. "[2]
Seventh: Courage. Certainly a courageous one tolerant, be relieved, while the coward is one of the most narrow chest and the shortness of his heart, does not feel pleasure and happiness, there is no pleasure for him unless he includes animals that have only veterinary instincts. So joy, pleasure, pleasure and beauty is forbidden for people who act cowardly as he was forbidden for a stingy person.
Eighth: grudges, including the reprehensible nature that makes the heart become narrow and tormented, so mengahalanginya find healing. Indeed a servant if he had done all tips to get the toleration, but he does not cleanse itself of the properties of a bad heart, then he will not feel the emptiness in his chest even slightly.
Ninth: Leaving vision and excessive speech, or hearing and hanging out in vain, so also in matters of excessive sleeping and eating and others. Because the attitude that this futile provoke the emergence of pain, wavering and confusion in their hearts, he narrowed the liver, shackled and made tersesak. La ilaha Illa Allah, the narrowness of chest alangakah maenjaga people who are not members of his immoral actions, it would be murky life diarunginya, and La ilaha Illa Allah, what a joy those who partake of these admirable traits, his goal is only directed at him. He got part of the word of Allah:
Those who devoted a lot of really being in a paradise of bliss, (Surat Al-Infithar: 13,)
while for the other groups get a share of Allah SWT says:
"And indeed those who rebel truly be in hell". (Surat al-Infithar: 14)
The point is that the Prophet Muhammad was a most perfect person in obtaining the causes gracefully, and the breadth of the liver. And being the most widely followed him then he is perfect in the sense spaciousness, delicacy, serenity hearts. So if one follows the Prophet Muhammad in the above then he will get the same level of toleration and peace of heart and delicacy of life.
Praise be to Allah the Lord of hosts, may prayers and greetings we still delivered to the Prophet Muhammad and the family, his Companions and all followers.
