Stay healthy fasting
Month of ramadan will not feel we've had a few weeks. This month is a holy month for the millions of Muslims in the world especially in Indonesia, other than that this month is one of the moments of the most eagerly awaited. Imagine this month yan so many lessons we will be here.
Health must be maintained in this month, I have some tips that might be input to running fast, the tips include:
