Preparing to Make the Best Ramadan

Mid-Sha'ban is gone. Ramadan 1432 H only days away. Time passed, without ever stopping. Day by day, month turned into months, and years turned into years, in all the turnover at that time Allah always give pleasure to us.
After the greatest pleasure in the form of faith, then the other benefits conferred upon us without our count, we are often not even aware of its presence. That delicious time, the opportunity given by God to man. So, be thankful for the blessings God is incomparable.
Among the pleasures that are our age should arrive at the end of this Ramadhan month. Soon we will enter the moon is full of virtue. The month of Ramadan. The question is, have we prepared the welcome? Or lest we even berkesah ourselves for entering the month with heavy loads. Or do not even care, because it was sunk by a variety of worldly activity? Or indeed being planned and greet?
If the friends had been prepared two months before Ramadan arrives what about us?, As prayer:اللهم بارك لنا فى رجب وشعبان وبارك لنا فى رمضان
O God, Our berkahilan in the month of Rajab and Sha'ban, and bless us in the month of Ramadan (Narrated by Ahmad)
Friend, God in the Qur'an provides guidance to us as slaves to always prepare for the next day as stated in Surat al-Hashr verse 18 which reads:
"O ye who believe, fear Allah and let every soul consider what he has done for tomorrow, and fear Allah, verily Allah is Informed of what ye do."
So before Ramadan let us prepare ourselves so that it can use that time to the maximum and the corresponding private Taqwa shaum purposes.
First, it is Ruhiyah. Preparation ruhiyah we need is a way to cleanse the liver of Aqeedah disease that gave birth to a sincere intention. Strengthening of the Aqeedah is the main foundation in preparation for this ruhiyah. Without the correct Aqeedah, it could be someone actually fell in shirk. And will not bear fruit forever shirk sincerity. Aqidah is correct is the key. Hence the letter in the Qur'an all of which discuss the Aqeedah named Al-Ikhlas.
Tazkiyatun cleanse the liver or the nafs is also an urgent things to do in welcoming these special guests of God who. Allah confirms the importance of cleansing the heart (tazkiyatun nafs) in His word:قد أفلح من زكاها
What a lucky person who purifies his soul (Surat ash-Shams: 9)
So do the self-evaluation (muhasabah) whether the disease still affects us Aqeedah. Next we bermujahadah to eliminate these diseases. Moments of sincerity bersenyawa in us during Ramadan are the best moments that will ensure we obtain the forgiveness of Allah SWT.من صام رمضان إيمانا واحتسابا غفر له ما تقدم من ذنبه
Anyone who fasts because of faith and hope for the calculation of (the reward) will be forgiven his sins that have been then. (Agreed alaih)
And mustinya welcomes Ramadan with a variety of shirk (sorry: sometimes on the pretext of culture) should be abandoned. Dare to say NO to welcome Ramadan activities that are not syar'i.
Second is Fikriyah. Science is the key charity. And the Koran is a charitable means of seeking knowledge. Before Ramadan arrives, we must equip ourselves with the knowledge of religion particularly associated directly with amaliyah in the month of Ramadan. About the obligation of fasting, the virtue of fasting, the wisdom of fasting, and fasting conditions, the things that invalidate fasting, as well as-Sunnah Sunnah of fasting. Also tarawih, I'tikaf, charity, and so on.
Elapsed time of year, it is often this self will forget about Ramadan materials, and as the faithful are obliged to "not tired" to repeat the lessons about the fasting month. Because, basically, it actually strengthens the faith of people who watch the net.
This is the secret why Imam Bukhari made a special chapter in his Saheeh under the title Al-Al-Qaul Qabla Sciences wa al-Amal (before the Speech Science and Charity). Without knowledge how can we be charitable during Ramadan, right? Understanding of science is also a sign syar'i desired goodness of God towards man. Hence the Prophet SAW said:من يرد الله به خيرا يفقهه في الدين
Those who want God's goodness he difahamkan about (science) religion (Agreed alaih)
Third is jasadiyah. Ramadan requires a healthy physical preparation. Without adequate preparation we can shock even our worship can not run normally. This is because the daily Ramadan creates a cycle that is different from previous months.
We are expected to continue earning with each of our activities even in conditions of fasting. And far from being laziness, especially with scapegoating mengkambing fasting. We will also conduct worship in a portion that is longer than ever before. Tarawih prayer, for example. Therefore we need to prepare our jasadiyah by exercising regularly, maintaining healthy weight, and environmental cleanliness. Here, the logic of the primacy of reason met with syar'i in the hadith the prophet:المؤمن القوي خير وأحب إلى الله من المؤمن الضعيف
Strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than a weak believer (Narrated by Muslim)
For those who are destined ill when Ramadan does not need to be discouraged, keep trying with the maximum. God has always seen PROCESS His servants who are optimizing themselves in carrying out his commands.
Last is the preparation maliyah. Maliyah necessary preparations to welcome the month of Ramdhan NOT to buy new clothes, providing delicious cakes for Eid al-Fitr, was busy looking for souvenirs homecoming supplies and others. We just need some funds to augment infaq, giving ifthar (iftar) of others and helping people in need. Of course, this applies to the capable.
Prophet Muhammad pointed out that he was so generous on weekdays, and growing VERY generous in Ramadan, the wind that blows.
Prophet Muhammad was the most generous, more so when I met Gabriel in the month of Ramadan. She met Gabriel on each night of Ramadan to tadarus Qur'an. So generous nature of wind gusts exceed the Prophet (Hadith Bukhari)
Generosity of the Prophet Muhammad intensified when the month of Ramadan. This teaches him that the people of Ramadan as the month where we should be back on the right track. Double the usual goodness, braced himself in the struggle preaching, repent of the error and replace it with goodness. Let's start from the self, family and surroundings. inshaAllah achieve Taqwa ideals can be achieved.
It could be that we will never meet again with Ramadan, because age is a secret. Do your best! Right now.

Avoid When Breaking the Ice

Hunger and thirst during fasting is more of an effect sesaa ... t that can be arranged. In other words, hunger and thirst is not an absolute sign of the body's need for food.
Energy needs, to work for example, can be met from the reserves of energy in the liver, muscle, fat under the skin, and others. Instead of fasting is an opportunity to mobilize stored fat. Fasting also rested "digestive machinery" for several hours.
Therefore, fasting should not cause health problems, even in many cases actually make the body more healthy. This requires breaking and setting the correct meal. Breaking and the meal is not just to put food.
During fasting, blood sugar levels lower than the state of fasting. In fact, sugar is a source of energy that can be used immediately. Sugar is what needs to be obtained when breaking the fast, but do not overdo it because it would disrupt the enjoyment of eating the main menu.
Here are suggestions Dr. H. Anies, MKK, PKK, Lecturer in Public Health Sciences Faculty of Medicine of Diponegoro University, Semarang, in choosing a healthy menu when breaking and dawn.1. There is one habit that many people, namely drinking ice water or ice that is mixed into a drink before eating. This method is very harmful because the ice can withstand hunger. As a result, other, more nutritious food can not eat, thus reducing the intake of necessary nutrients. Avoid drinking ice during iftar.
2. When breaking start with a warm sweet drinks and snacks that are easily digested. Can sweet tea, syrup, accompanied by dates, fried bananas, or bananas sale. Once blood sugar levels to normal gradually sunset prayers can be done.
3. Half an hour later then enjoy the main menu. Eat enough. Two hours later, after prayer tarawih, can eat a dish that still exist.
4. Meal should not be taken lightly. Not infrequently people are reluctant to get up, when meal is very important to balance the nutrients that are not obtained by the body for a day of fasting. Meal must not satisfied, but must be highly nutritious. Dish meal should be a reserve of calories and protein, and makes the stomach does not empty fast food. Thus, no sooner perceived hunger. Foods that contain enough protein and fat is rice; eggs, beef jerky, rendang, fish, and of course vegetables.
With the dawn is breaking and healthy, a variety of health problems can be avoided. However, it does not mean everyone is sick must fast. It was very bengantung the patient's condition and penyakitnya.See MoreBy: Establish Fraternity & Silaturrahmi

PREPARATION OF LEAD-RAMADHAN

* Month of Ramadan Preparation Tips
"Of course there are among friends who feel confused about what it should and needs to be prepared before the month of Ramadan. To that end, the preparations can be applied to the following:

* First *, * I'dad Ruhi Imani, * the preparation of the spirit of faith.

People who used to do this preparatory pious as early as possible before the coming of Ramadan. In fact they've longed for his arrival since the month of Rajab and Sha'ban. Usually they pray: "* O God, give us the blessed month of Rajab and Sha'ban, and convey us to the Ramadan *."
In preparation for the spirit of faith, in surah At-Tauba Allah forbids us to perform a variety of immoral and kedzhaliman since the month of Rajab. But that does not mean the other months are allowed. This is so since the month of Rajab levels have increased our faith. May be figured, the month of Rajab and Sha'ban is a warm-up period (warming up), so that when entering the Ramadan we can get through worship shaum and so was the tub was used.

* Second, * is * I'dad bodily, * ie, the physical preparation.

To enter the Ramadan we need a physical more vibrant than usual. For, if the physical weakness, might be bestowed glory of God during Ramadan can not we achieve optimally. So, since the month of Rajab, the Prophet and his companions used to train physically and mentally to perform the Sunnah of fasting, many interact with the Qur'an, used to get up the night (* qiyamul-Lail *), and increased activity while dabbling in motion dynamics of the community.

* Third * is * I'dad Maliya * h, namely the preparation of the property.

Do not misunderstanding, not to buy the property preparation needs Iftar or Eid dishes as our tradition over the years. Memersiapkan property is to multiply the charity, because charity reproduce Ramadhanpun a month. Charity in this month's reward doubled compared to normal months.

* Fourth, * is * I'dad Fikri wa Ilmi, * the preparation of intellectual and scholarly *.

In order to optimize the worship of Ramadan, takes stock of insight and tashawur (perception)
the right of Ramadan. You do this by reading various reference materials and attend assemblies science of Ramadan. This activity is useful for directing us to worship according to guidance of the Prophet Muhammad during Ramadan. Memorizing verses and prayers are linked with perlbagai type of worship, or master a variety of problems in the fiqh of fasting, is also important to be prepared.

Hopefully we deliver worship shaum preparation and various other worship, as the best in the history of Ramadan we've ever gone through.
